Fluent in Dutch (C2 level) and good in English (B2 level).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for customer service and brand representation.
Problem-solving ability and multitasking skills.
Willingness to work in a rotating shift system (Monday to Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.).

Your Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service via telephone, email and chat.
Acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring an optimal customer experience.
Handling incoming and outgoing contacts, responding quickly and accurately to customer queries.
