Duty Engineer

Maintain, operate, troubleshoot and oversee operations of Mechanical System including Plumbing, Fire Protection, BMS and other admin duties.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer
• With at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in building administration and management
• Knowledgeable in ACCU, FCU, AHU and STP operations
• Possess good leadership role as Supervisor
• Able to work well in a team environment with strong work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends
