Duty Engineer, Crowne Plaza Changi Airport

As Duty Engineer, you’ll assist the Director of Engineering in managing the engineering/maintenance of your hotel and ensure the safety and comfort of hotel guests and team members. You’ll become a veteran and perform your duties proficiently. Motivating and training your team with the skills to keep hotels always looking their best.

**A little taste of your day-to-day**

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

+ Recommends to the Assistant Director of Engineering, new policies and procedures for a more economical operation and maintenance program
+ Participates in the preparation of the annual POMEC Budget
+ Supports and initiate programs for the improvement procedures and the reduction of energy and utility costs
+ Analyses and monitors energy costs and expenditures for the department
+ Works with superior in the preparation and management of the department’s budget and is aware of financial targets
