Duty Engineer (Hotel101-Davao)

Brief Job Description:

• Perform day to day routine and preventative maintenance within the hotel rooms and public areas.
• Immediate response to equipment breakdowns
• Provide in-depth analysis and preparation of well-sound Engineering/Technical Reports

Required Skills:

• Preferably with at least 1-2 years work experience in the same capacity in hotel operations or any field of Engineering operation and maintenance practice, implementing medium to large hotel.
• Understand and operate electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and water systems.
• Systematic, self-starter, guest oriented and with keen eye for details and active listening skills.
• Knowledgeable in MS office, OPERA System and other relevant software/applications
• Good time management skills

Educational background:

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
