Job Description

 
  The Department 
 Our Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.
 
  The Job 
 You will:
 Ensure periodical inspection is conducted around the Clubhouse to identify problems and take necessary follow-up actions.
 Supervise a team of Technicians and perform skilled facility maintenance and repair work for the refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical systems and finishing such as walls, ceilings, floors, furniture, plant & equipment, metalwork, woodwork, masonry of the Clubhouse; ensure on-time delivery that meet established standards; Monitor work progress and performance, make corrections of any deficiencies as necessary.
