Job Description

New opportunity for an experienced Duty Food and Beverage Manager to join the leadership team at this 4* property based the Eastern Cape. We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for hospitality & leading teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all F&B outlets
Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional service
Manage budgets, drive revenue, and ensure profitability
Maintain impeccable quality, hygiene, and brand standards
Collaborate with Executive Chef and senior leadership to enhance guest experience

Requirements:

South African national or valid work permit
Fluency in English required
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within 4* hotels
Strong leadership, financial acumen, & communication skills
Passion for food, wine, & guest service excellence

Salary Package: R32000 ctc including medical contribution + bonus
