Duty Manager

Luxury 5* Lodge in the Addo National Park is looking for a Duty Manager. 
 
Duties will includes overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction and handling a variety of operational issues.
 
Key responsibilities involve supervising employees, resolving guest complaints, maintaining standards, managing schedules and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
 
You will act as the primary point of contact for staff, guests and other departments.
