Duty Manager

Preferred: Residents of Dauis or willing to relocate

Qualifications:

• Able to work under pressure and handle guest concerns professionally
• Flexible with shifting schedules; trustworthy and dependable

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee resort operations during assigned shifts
• Ensure excellent guest service and immediate resolution of concerns
• Monitor staff performance and assign duties
• Enforce resort policies and service standards
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, kitchen, and maintenance
• Prepare shift reports and elevate issues to management
