Duty Manager

About the role

As a Duty Manager at Pullman Kuching, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of this prestigious hotel. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front-of-house activities, catering to the needs of our discerning guests and maintaining the high standards of service that Pullman Kuching is renowned for. This full-time position is based in Kuching, Sarawak.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the work of the front office team, including receptionists, concierges and bellboys
2. Monitor hotel occupancy, room availability and room status, and make appropriate decisions to maximise revenue
3. Handle guest queries, complaints and requests in a professional and efficient manner
4. Oversee the check-in and check-out process to ensure a seamless experience for guests
