Duty Manager, Maintenance Control Centre

Primary Objective Of The Position Coordinate and oversee technical dispatch of Cargojet’s aircraft. Responsible for aircraft troubleshooting duties and defect rectification.

Essential Position Functions

Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance for all maintenance carried out on company aircraft.

Guide and direct Cargojet and contracted maintenance organizations to ensure compliance, maintain maximum serviceability of aircraft, on‑time performance and utilization in accordance with Cargojet policy and procedures.

Manage the technical dispatch of all Cargojet and customer aircraft in conformance with applicable airworthiness standards.

Act as the focal point of contact for all maintenance activities, including irregular (IROPS) and emergency operations.

Moderate and attend production meetings and maintain shift cycle.
