Seda Manila Bay is looking for a Duty Manager who can help oversee daily hotel operations, ensure smooth guest experiences, and support our teams throughout each shift. If you have a strong background in front office or hotel operations, we’d be happy to hear from you.

• sSupport the Front Office team in managing check‑ins, check‑outs, and guest request
• sHandle guest issues and ensure timely, thoughtful resolution
• sCoordinate with all departments to keep operations running smoothl
• yMonitor lobby and guest areas to maintain safety, cleanliness, and service standard
• sAssist with reports, documentation, and shift handover
