Job Description
The Duty Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring facility management's seamless operation, focusing on sales culture, customer service, expense management, and financial success. The Duty Manager interacts with Guests and contributes to the first impressions of our Guests.
- Minimum Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Tourism management
- At least 2 or more years of work experience as a Duty Manager.
*Good problem-solving, and committed to delivering a high level of customer service. *Proven leadership and team management skills. * Strong communication skills, knowledge, and ability to deal with a crisis.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Must possess the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
