Duty Manager

The Duty Manager is the Manager-On-Duty during assigned shifts and is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day hotel operations, upholding Best Western Plus service and quality standards, and delivering excellent guest experiences.

This role supports the Front Office and other departments, handles guest issues, and ensures safety and operational excellence in the absence of senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership

• Assist the Front Office Manager in all aspects of his/her duties.
• Ensure the smooth, efficient operations of the hotel during your shift, overseeing all departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Security, Engineering, and Concierge.
• Ensure daily operational tasks are performed to Best Western Plus standards (e.g., check-in/check-out efficiency, lobby readiness).
