Job Summary

The
Duty Manager
ensures seamless shift transitions while upholding the highest standards of guest satisfaction. They also handle security and management concerns for the Front Office of the hotel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, HRM, Tourism or related field
• Preferably with 1-2 years of experience on the same position or 2-3 years of experience as a Front Office Supervisor
