Reporting to the Lounge Manager, you will lead the operations of the Executive Lounge, supervising staff while maintaining high standards of service. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and direct Lounge Agents' daily tasks
• Ensure compliance with budget and audit requirements
• Maintain high standards of guest service responsiveness
• Train and develop staff in line with operational standards
• Communicate effectively with airline customers and authorities
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in a management role
• Proficiency in both English and French
