The Duty Manager/ Lodge Manager will assist in overseeing the daily operations of a lodging facility, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction. Looking for someone with a  hands-on approach to facility maintenance, environmental conservation, and emergency preparedness. 
Core Responsibilities

• Guest Experience:  Manage the entire guest journey from arrival to departure. This includes greeting guests, handling check-ins/outs, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring a personalized at home atmosphere.
