About the Role
This position is a dynamic, high-pressured, and full responsibility. The DNM plays a pivotal role in ensuring that hospital wards and departments operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently over a 24-hour period'especially during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays when senior leadership may not be present.
