What You Will Do

• Ensures that 1Aviation’s Vision, Mission and Values are achieved.
• Ensure the station’s workforce, funds and equipment are sufficient to support daily operations.
• Promotes and ensures compliance to Quality, Safety, Security and Customer Service standard based on regulatory requirements, government laws, acceptable industry standards and company policies and procedures.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented.
• Conduct daily briefings/de‑briefings and assist the Station Manager/Duty Manager in cascading Station Notices and Memos for all personnel.
