Duty Technician

A Duty Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and facilities during assigned shifts to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical)
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities
• Diagnose technical issues and perform necessary repairs
• Ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments as needed
• Maintain maintenance logs and service reports
• Follow safety regulations and company procedures

Qualifications:
