Dy. Manager / Manager – Techno-Commercial Proposal

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals for cooling tower projects based on client specifications and tender requirements.
• Analyze RFQs, technical specifications, and commercial terms to develop customized solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, and sales teams for inputs and cost estimations.
• Perform costing, pricing, and margin analysis to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, tender discussions, and client clarifications.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, project requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain proposal documentation, bid records, and MIS reports.
• Support the sales team during negotiations and order finalization.
• Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
