Roles & Responsibilities Production Planning & Scheduling Prepare and execute weekly/monthly production plans based on MPS, order books, and capacity availability. Convert demand forecasts, work orders, and customer schedules into detailed shop‑floor schedules. Monitor daily production progress and ensure adherence to plans. Identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and delays; escalate risks proactively. Material Planning & Control Execute MRP activities to ensure timely availability of raw materials, bought‑out parts, and aerospace‑grade components. Track long‑lead and critical items and follow up with procurement and suppliers. Monitor inventory levels, WIP, and shortages to prevent production stoppages. Ensure material availability for FAI, prototypes, and milestone builds.
