In-depth knowledge of quality standards for grains (rice, pulses, and millets). Strong understanding of food safety systems (FSSAI, HACCP, etc.). Responsible for monitoring and ensuring control over the manufacturing process of Consumer products rice, pulses, and millets from input to output, including product release. Preparation of the CPG quality report on a monthly basis. Handle customer complaints and perform root cause analysis. Visiting and auditing super stockists and traders to improve quality compliance.
