As a member of the Softchoice team, you will manage collections and resolve billing inquiries for a diverse portfolio of B2B accounts. This position requires proactive outreach to clients, problem-solving to ensure payment recovery, and fostering positive customer relationships in a fast-paced environment focused on technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients over the phone and email regarding invoices
• Manage a portfolio of 300-600 accounts
• Champion Softchoice's receivable policies with clients
• Troubleshoot payment issues and coordinate with internal teams
• Maintain documentation of collections activities
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of B2B collections experience
• Bilingual in French and English
• Relevant diploma in Accounting or Finance preferred
