Dynamic Home Health COTA — PRN Per Visit

Frontpoint Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes. As a part of the job, you'll evaluate patients' needs, develop treatment plans, and document their progress while ensuring adherence to regulations.

The ideal candidate should have current COTA certification and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
