Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver tailored people strategies
• Utilize data for strategic HR insights
• Enhance HR frameworks and policies

Requirements:
• 7+ years of HR experience required
• Academic background in Human Resources or a related field
• Familiarity with Ontario and Quebec employment laws
• CRHA/CRIA membership preferred
