D365 BC Senior Implementer should be capable of independently leading a Business Central implementation from discovery through post-go-live stabilization.

1. Discovery & Requirements Gathering
Lead discovery workshops
Conduct business process reviews
Document current-state and future-state processes
Gather and prioritize business requirements
Identify gaps between standard BC functionality and requirements
