Responsibilities:

Dynamics 365 Configuration & Extension

• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps, with emphasis on Field Service, Project Operations, and Customer Service modules.
• Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and plugins to meet evolving business requirements.

Development & Customization

• Design and implement custom solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Azure Functions.
• Develop and maintain custom plugins, custom workflow activities, and integrations with external systems.
• Create reusable components and libraries to streamline development across projects.

Solution Design & Delivery

• Translate functional designs into technical specifications and deliver projects to exact requirements.
