MS Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultant/Business Analyst
Freelance contract: 12 months and extendable
Location: Hybrid 2-3 days from Helsinki office
Language Requirement: Finnish and English (fluent)
We are seeking a highly skilled MS Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical delivery.
This role will play a key part in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
Key Responsibilities
Functional & Business Analysis
Collaborate with business, IT, and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements
Design and document functional specifications, process flows, and solution architecture
Provide functional expertise across Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, others advantageous)
Lead workshops, user training, and stakeholder engagement in Finnish and English
