tma is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team on a night shift, fully office-based role. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys solving real business problems, working closely with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality CRM solutions.

Night shift (international time zones – hours may change due to daylight savings)
100% work from the office
Office locations: Sandton, Durban, Cape Town, or Kenya
What you'll be doing
Configure, customize, and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Deliver user stories through Microsoft Azure in line with agreed timelines and estimates
Participate in daily stand-ups and maintain accurate updates in Azure DevOps
Manage Microsoft data feeds and integration processes
Liaise with users, vendors, and internal development and project teams
