We are hiring: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Data) Consultant
As part of our ongoing CRM and Customer 360 transformation initiatives, we are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Data) Consultant to join our team.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Customer 360 solutions by unifying customer data from multiple enterprise systems and integrating insights into Dynamics 365 CRM.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and manage data ingestion from core systems, CRM, data lake, and APIs
• Design and implement identity resolution and Golden Record strategy
• Build unified customer profiles and calculated measures
• Create customer segments and predictive insights (churn, LTV, propensity)
• Integrate Customer Insights with Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse
• Ensure data governance, quality, and performance optimization
