Dynamics 365 Customer Service Engineer

Become an integral part of Morgan Stanley’s Power Platform Engineering team as a Dynamics 365 Engineering Specialist based in Montreal. Your role will support onboarding and enable dynamic customer service solutions.
In this position, you will utilize your 6+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years with Dynamics 365 to deliver excellent technical support and integration for business teams. Your expertise will help customers fully adopt Dynamics 365 capabilities while ensuring compliance with platform standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate onboarding for new Dynamics 365 customer use cases
• Provide ongoing technical support and guidance for users
• Configure CRM solutions including case management settings
• Automate workflows using Power Automate and create integrations
