Dynamics 365 Engineering Specialist (Hybrid)

We're seeking someone to join our Power Platform Engineering team as a Dynamics 365 Engineering Specialist in Application Infrastructure to support the onboarding and enablement of new customer use cases on the firm’s Dynamics 365 Customer Service platform. This role focuses on hands‑on configuration, integration support, and day‑to‑day technical guidance for internal teams adopting Dynamics 365 Customer Service in alignment with established platform standards and governance.
