Role Summary

Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant to conduct a focused assessment of a production-copy D365 Finance environment. The role involves evaluating Accounts Payable, Expense Management, Procurement, invoice automation, financial dimensions, analytics, budgeting, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess AP user experience, approval workflows, notifications, and escalations
• Review Expense reports and Procurement readiness for source-to-pay automation
• Evaluate standardized invoice automation (OCR, matching, routing)
• Align project codes (financial dimensions) across roles and processes
• Review embedded dashboards and budget-to-actuals reporting
• Assess role-based security and governance
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and system walkthroughs
