The Role
The Dynamics 365 / Power Automate Engineer is responsible for the support, configuration and ongoing development of the organisation’s Dynamics 365 CRM platform, with a strong focus on business process automation using Power Automate. The role ensures stable day-to-day operations while delivering workflow automation, system enhancements, and integration support that improve efficiency, data quality and user experience.
