Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Dynamics 365 Project Operations Functional Consultant
to support an existing live system. The role is
client-facing
and requires strong hands-on expertise in Project Operations with
basic integration knowledge of Business Central

This position focuses on system support, issue resolution, enhancements, and effective communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage an existing live
  Dynamics 365 Project Operations
  system
• Handle client queries, issues, and change requests related to Project Operations

• Provide functional support for:

• Project Accounting

• Time & Expense
• Billing and Invoicing

• Resource Management

• Work closely with clients to understand business issues and translate them into system solutions
