Responsibilities

• Development: Develop and maintain custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform including plugins, workflows, custom entities and business process flows.
• System Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements, including forms, views, dashboards and security roles.
• Support and maintenance: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for both on-premises and cloud-based Dynamics CRM environments, addressing user issues and system defects.
