Dynamics CRM QA Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with solid experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing, including test design, scripting, and execution.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• :Design, develop, and maintain test scripts for Dynamics 365 CRM applications
• .Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing of CRM modules and custom components
• .Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to identify test requirements and ensure coverage
• .Execute test cases, document defects, and verify fixes
• .Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
• .Provide accurate test reporting and ensure adherence to QA best practices
