Background

The Payment Ecosystem Modernisation Programme (PEM) is a joint initiative to modernise and transform the Southern African payments infrastructure. This role supports the P1 Optimise and Sustain programme by managing the Dynatrace monitoring platform for critical payment systems.

Objective of Scope of Work

Manage and maintain the Dynatrace platform, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and optimisation to ensure robust application and infrastructure performance.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade the Dynatrace SaaS platform.
