Job DescriptionDesign and develop components for the e-axle thermal management system, including electric oil pumps, filtration systems, and heat exchangers.Create and maintain technical documentation, including component specifications and design failure mode and effects analysis (DFMEA) for the e-axle thermal management system, including electric oil pumps, filtration systems, and heat exchangers.Create detailed 2D and 3D models of mechanical components and systems using CAD software such as UG-Nx.Draft the mechanical architecture for e-axle systems based on customer requirements and internal design standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, electrical, software, and manufacturing engineers, to ensure seamless integration of components.Develop and execute design verification plans and test methods to validate the performance and reliability of thermal systems.Manage supplier relationships and project timelines to ensure on-time de...
