Department Description:
The E-Channels Operations Department manages the overall handling, validation, and settlement of customer complaints performed thru ATM / POS / IPG / Cash Management channels both as Issuer and Acquirer. Provides 24/7 operational support for AT and POS terminals, ensuring their availability and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) through coordination w/ branches, third-party service providers, and regulatory bodies.
The department also facilitates card production, PIN management, and fund file processing for various DBP card products while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements. Additionally, ECOD is responsible for payments and settlement operations, ensuring timely processing of transactions and merchant onboarding.
Qualifications (CSC Minimum Qualification Standards):
Education: Bachelor's Degree
