About the Role:

We are hiring a strategic E-Commerce Account Manager to lead the digital operations for HiFi Sound Connection , a premier US-based retailer of car audio and musical instruments. You will not just manage a client account; you will act as the operational leader for our e-commerce business, collaborating directly with the US leadership team.

This role requires a hands-on leader with deep expertise in multi-channel e-commerce (Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com) and the ability to manage a team of Customer Service and Data specialists. You will be responsible for driving listing quality, optimizing the direct website, and ensuring our customer service team hits top-tier metrics.
