Job Description
The E-Commerce Account Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing relationships between the company and its clients or vendor partners. This role oversees multiple accounts, ensures client satisfaction, and drives account growth through data-driven strategies, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients or vendors to understand business needs, address concerns, and ensure long-term partnership success
Monitor and analyze account performance, sales data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimization strategies
Develop and execute action plans to improve client sales performance, revenue, and overall account health
Collaborate with Sales teams to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
