Key ResponsibilitiesAffiliate Recruitment & Sales Growth

• Actively recruit high-performing affiliates, influencers, and content creators on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Build a strong affiliate pipeline focused on sales, not vanity metrics.
• Push affiliates to meet sales targets and KPIs.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Monitor daily affiliate sales, conversions, CTR, and ROI.
