E-commerce Analyst

The eCommerce Analyst will be responsible for the continuous support the ecommerce operational activities, to deliver upon sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Overall

• KPIs Performance analyses, internal and external data (Circana, for example), identifying opportunity and take insights about to improve the results.
• Maintain the product catalog registration (price, fiscal details, description, online website page, testing grid).
• Provide daily support in E2E order management, monitoring payment and anti-fraud procedures.
• Support the end-to-end Warehouse operational process with the Infracommerce including training, stock management, stock replenishment.
• Monitor the personalization raw materials and packages volume monthly with the Warehouse team.
• Support and continuous update the Art of Gifting and Personalization guidelines for the warehouse team according to the global alignment.
