ECOMM OPERATIONS
Prepare and fulfill online orders, ensuring correct items, proper packing, and coordination with warehouse and delivery teams

• Coordinate order processing between branches for hot food orders and warehouse
• Prepare and manage sales documentation including IPO and Sales Invoice (SI)
• Inventory of Deli eComm Items
• Replenish items - request to deli and whse

E-COMMERCE SYSTEM MANAGEMENT

• Provide support in managing the TSI E-commerce system
• Upload new items and add product variants
• Maintain item listings by publishing and unpublishing products as needed
• Support e-commerce activities and initiatives, including:
• Event ticket selling
• Category and collection updates
• Promotional campaigns for live
• Recipes and food & wine pairing content
• Perform other ad-hoc e-commerce tasks as required
