Job Description

• Process orders from marketplace and webstore (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada), pick and pack the orders, make sure fulfill orders on time.
• Reply chat on time and reply chat on weekend by rotation basic
• Do Tik Tok Live, Shopee Live etc.
• Inventory management, check the available inventory and stock in and stock out through the system.
• Check return parcels from customer and raise dispute if necessary.
• Upload new products.
• Invoice the settlement biweekly and monthly.
• To perform other duty as assigned.

Requirement

• Computer literate familiar with Microsoft Excel and access to seller centre and webstore backend.
• Willing to work on Shift ,based on duty roaster.
• Can work on night, Public Holiday and weekend.
• Good and Positive attitude.
• Independent.
• Willing to travel within Klang Valley.
• Must have own car.
