QUALIFICATIONS:
College graduate
With experience in CSR, preferably in e-commerce or retail
With strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Tiktok, etc.)
Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and chat/email platforms.
