E-Commerce Customer Service

Our client is a well-established multinational beauty and fashion retail group, headquartered in China, with a strong presence across international markets. They are currently seeking an E-Commerce Customer Service professional to be based in their Manila, Philippines office (BGC) to support the following responsibilities:

• Provide pre- and post-sales customer support across major e-commerce platforms, including TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Handle customer inquiries on products, orders, shipping, and after-sales issues promptly to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to the operations team to improve processes, reduce negative reviews, and enhance service ratings.

Requirements:

• Fluent in oral & written English and Filipino, Mandarin communication ability is a big plus.
