Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced female E-commerce & Digital Growth Specialist (4+ years) who will own and optimize the entire digital ecosystem for our Shopify store. You will be responsible for driving traffic, improving conversion, executing email and digital marketing strategies, managing paid advertising, enhancing organic search visibility, and ensuring consistent brand presence across digital channels.
You should be strategic, analytically minded, and hands-on — capable of both planning and executing growth initiatives end-to-end.
