Manage the company website on a day-to-day basis (products, content, updates)
Upload and maintain product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images
Process and monitor online orders from placement to dispatch
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment
Handle customer queries related to orders, products, and deliveries
Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Plan, schedule, and post engaging fashion content
Support online sales campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches
Ensure smooth end-to-end digital operations of the brand
